How to Make

  • Step 1: Cream the sugar and butter together. Add eggs, one at time. Add flour, salt, and baking powder.

  • Step 2: Put dates on bottom of butter and paper pan; spray Pam. Put dates on bottom.

  • Step 3: Put orange water in dough; pour dough over dates.

  • Step 4: Bake in 325 degree Fahrenheit oven for 60 minutes or until done. If necessary, tent with aluminum foil.
