Step 1: Whisk milk, brown sugar and whipping cream together in a saucepan over medium heat until mixture comes to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium low and stir in the remainder of the ingredients (cocoa - cinnamon); whisk until smooth and chocolate is melted.
Step 2: Pour into 6 cups.
Step 3: Garnish with whipped cream and a cinnamon stick if desired.
