Step 1: Preheat griddle or pan to medium-high.
Step 2: Combine milk, club soda, egg, vanilla and honey in blender.
Step 3: In small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients except pecans, add dry ingredients to blender.
Step 4: Lightly brush griddle with oil and pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Sprinkle pecans on top.
Step 5: Once large bubbles form and begin to pop, turn pancakes and cook until golden brown on other side.
Step 6: Serve immediately or keep on oven-proof plate in oven at 170 degrees.
