Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of broccoli soup, undiluted (or cream of mushroom soup which is not as good though)
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Black pepper
  • 4 cups broccoli florets (one medium broccoli head, lightly steamed, pat dry with a towel to remove any moisture)
  • 1 1/3 cups French Fried Onions (DIVIDED, use French's)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

  • Step 2: Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Step 3: Stir together until smooth, the soup, cream, soy sauce flour, garlic and black pepper. Mix in steamed broccoli and 2/3 cup French Fried onions in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.

  • Step 4: Bake for 25 minutes or until it's hot and bubbling. Remove from oven and stir the mixture.

  • Step 5: Top with the remaining onions. Bake for 5 minutes more or until the onions are golden.
