  • 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves (pressed through a presser)
  • Everglades Seasoning (3/4 tsp or 1/2 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper and 1/2 tsp onion powder)
  • 1 tsp dried tarragon
