The ingredients are:
  • 20 ounces fresh spinach (Fresh Express Baby Spinach)
  • 3/4 cup sour cream (not fat-free)
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided, heaping cups)
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese (heaping cups)
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken (or turkey)
  • 1 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper (to taste)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 F.

  • Step 2: Butter a 9x9 inch baking pan.

  • Step 3: Steam spinach, cool then squeeze out all excess water using your hands.

  • Step 4: In a bowl, Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt & pepper.

  • Step 5: Pour half the cheese mix into a baking pan.

  • Step 6: Top with the chicken and sauted spinach, then remaining cheese mixture. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese over top.

  • Step 7: Bake for 45 minutes.
