Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 cloves garlic,minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce,low sodium
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce (sriracha sauce, more or less)
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix first 8 ingredients in a bowl with a wire whisk.

  • Step 2: Pound out chicken breasts in a zip lock bag to make the thickness even throughout.

  • Step 3: Season with salt and pepper on both sides.

  • Step 4: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Step 5: Brown chicken breasts on each side. Pour off excess oil. Pour sauce over chicken and cover. Cook on medium-low covered for 30 minutes. Remove lid and cook an additional 30 minutes, turning chicken 2 or 3 times. Watch so it doesn't reduce down too much too fast. Let it reduce down to a thick sauce. Serve and spoon sauce over it.
