Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound lamb chops
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 star anise pods
  • Pinch red pepper flakes

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place all the ingredients except for lamb chop in a 8” by 8” non-reactive pan and whisk.

  • Step 2: Add the lamb chops, coating both sides and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours, turning over every hour.

  • Step 3: Remove from marinade and grill or pan fry to desired doneness.
