The ingredients are:
  • 12 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 small cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt (or to your taste)
  • 6 drops hot sauce (Tabasco sauce, or to your taste)
  • 8 ounces pecan nuts (toasted, finely chopped but not to a powder)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons mild chili powder

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a bowl, combine soft cream cheese with Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic, salt and Tabasco sauce. Mix in the pecans Place in refrigerator for a few hours to firm up (so you can roll it).

  • Step 2: Shape into roll.

  • Step 3: Sprinkle the chili powder over the top of the log.

  • Step 4: Wrap with plastic wrap and chill for minumum of 4 hours.
