The ingredients are:
  • 2/3 cup butter (DO NOT USE MARGARINE!)
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter (chunky or smooth, if you like it with a more intense peanut butter flavor then you could add in another 1/4 cup)
  • 6 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk (whole or 2%)
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place butter and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high until butter melts,(about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes); stir until well blended.

  • Step 2: Add remaining ingredients; stir until lumps of sugar disappear.

  • Step 3: Microwave on high until soft but not bubbly (1 to 1-1/2 minutes); stir.

  • Step 4: Pour into buttered 9 inch square baking pan. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.

  • Step 5: Cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces - store in refrigerator.
