Step 1: Spread 1 cup crushed tortilla chips into a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish.
Step 2: In a small bowl combine the chili, green chilies and 1/2 cup olives; spoon over chips.
Step 3: Spread sour cream over the top.
Step 4: Sprinkle with both shredded cheeses, mushrooms, green onions, and remaining chips and olives.
Step 5: Bake uncovered in a preheated 375 degree F oven for 10-15 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
