Step 1: Cook macaroni in salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Meanwhile, in a skillet, melt butter, when melted stir in the flour. Continue to stir until smooth, around 1 minute.
Step 3: Gradually add the cream or milk and bring to slow simmer. It will thicken up.
Step 4: Reduce heat and stir in the velveeta until melted.
Step 5: Add macaroni and stir until all the macaroni is covered with the cheesy sauce. Salt and pepper to taste! If you let it sit for 3-4 minutes before serving it really thickens up nicely.Serve!
