Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 pound uncooked pork sausage (cooked)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup half and half cream
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 large eggs

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease an 11x7" glass baking dish and set aside.

  • Step 2: Place sausage in prepared dish and top with cheese; dot with butter.

  • Step 3: In small bowl, combine cream, mustard powder and salt; pour half of mixture into baking dish on top of cheese and butter. In medium bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Pour into baking dish.

  • Step 4: Drizzle remaining cream mixture over eggs.

  • Step 5: Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes until puffed and just beginning to brown. Cut into squares to serve
