Step 1: Preheat oven at 375 degrees.
Step 2: Brush 1 tablespoon black walnut oil in baking dish.
Step 3: Prepare filets by rubbing each with 1 tablespoon black walnut oil, salt and pepper.
Step 4: Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until done. Can be grilled as well.
Step 5: Remove salmon from heat and finish filets with additional tablespoon black walnut oil each.
