  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • Spinach dip (1/4 cup, or so)
  • 2 to 3 roast beef slices (cooked, lunch meat, optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Spread spinach dip on tortilla up to about 1/2" from sides. Add lunchmeat if desired. That's it for the lunch wrap.

  • Step 2: If you're making pinwheels, wrap the wraps tightly with platic wrap and let sit in fridge for 1-2 hours. Then gently slice through with a serrated knife making slices around 5/8" thick.
