  • 8 bacon slices (cut into thirds lengthwise)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine the water chestnuts with the sugar.

  • Step 2: Wrap bacon piece around water chestnut, attaching with a toothpick. Repeat with all remaining ingredients. Place on a cookie sheet, sprayed with Pam. ***This can be done hours ahead of time and refrigerated.

  • Step 3: In a 425 degree F oven, roast bacon wrapped chestnuts for 15 minutes or until bacon is golden brown.

  • Step 4: Serve hot or keep warm on warming tray
