  • 2 egg
  • 1 tablespoon hot mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups Panko or regular bread crumbs

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place a wire rack over a rimmed baking sheet and coat it with non-stick spray.

  • Step 2: Whisk together the eggs and mustard; set aside.

  • Step 3: Mix the spices and bread crumbs together in a shallow bowl.

  • Step 4: Dip the chicken strips in the mustard and egg mixture, then into the bread crumb mixture.

  • Step 5: Put the chicken strips onto the wire rack.

  • Step 6: Cook in a preheated 400 degree Fahrenheit oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until light brown and chicken is cook through.
