Step 1: Dissolve yeast in water with sugar and let sit for 5 minutes.
Step 2: Add remaining ingredients and knead for 5 minutes or until smooth and stiff.
Step 3: Let rise 1 hour in a warm place. Brush oil on baking sheet or pizza pan and sprinkle with cornmeal.
Step 4: Punch down dough and roll out on a floured surface to desired shape. Transfer to pan and cover with pizza sauce.
Step 5: Let rise 1 - 1 1/2 hours in a warm place. Then add 1 pound mozzarella and whatever toppings you like.
Step 6: Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, or until done.
