Step 1: Put the strawberries, apple, honey and vanilla bean into a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or until the strawberries are soft.
Step 2: Add the jam setting mixture and bring to the boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often to prevent the jam from sticking to the pan.
Step 3: Bottle the jam in sterilised jars.
