Step 1: Slice bread into 1/1" slices, on an angle so the surface area is as wide as possible.
Step 2: Place olive oil in a small shallow bowl, like a cereal bowl.
Step 3: Lightly dip each side of bread in oil and place on a cookie sheet.
Step 4: Broil until golden, flip and broil other side.
Step 5: Watch carefully! These can go from not done to burnt in an instant.
