Step 1: MUESLI - put the oats and hazelnuts in a small non stick frying pan and cook stirring over a medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until the oats and the hazelnuts are lightly toasted and then transfer to a medium bowl and stir in the cereal.
Step 2: PEAR APPLE AND WATERMELON JUICE - juice pear, lemon, apple and watermelon and stir well and pour into glasses.
Step 3: Divide the muesli between bowls and pour the milk over and top with yoghurt and honey and then sprinkle with cinnamon.
Step 4: Accompany muesli with the juice.
