Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 125 ml fat-free milk (1 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat Greek yogurt (natural)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon (ground a pinch)
  • MUESLI
  • 25 grams rolled oats (1/4 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons hazelnuts (chopped)
  • 65 grams All-Bran cereal (Kellogg's All-Bran Original)
  • PEAR APPLE & WATERMELON JUICE
  • 1 whole pear (halved)
  • 1/4 whole lemon (peeled)
  • 1 whole apple (halved)
  • 200 grams watermelon (peeled)

How to Make

  • Step 1: MUESLI - put the oats and hazelnuts in a small non stick frying pan and cook stirring over a medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until the oats and the hazelnuts are lightly toasted and then transfer to a medium bowl and stir in the cereal.

  • Step 2: PEAR APPLE AND WATERMELON JUICE - juice pear, lemon, apple and watermelon and stir well and pour into glasses.

  • Step 3: Divide the muesli between bowls and pour the milk over and top with yoghurt and honey and then sprinkle with cinnamon.

  • Step 4: Accompany muesli with the juice.
