Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 tablespoon oil (canola oil)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated gingerroot (grated on a microplane)
  • 1 clove garlic, grated on a microplane
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar (or more, to taste)
  • 1 to 2 teaspoon soy sauce (to taste)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a two cup measure, whisk together all ingredients except sugar and soy sauce. Add one teaspoon sugar, whisk, then adjust if necessary.

  • Step 3: Season with freshly ground pepper.

  • Step 4: Store refrigerated in a lidded jar.
