Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 60 grams low-fat ricotta cheese (fresh)
  • Banana (1/4, small ripe, mashed)
  • 5 grams chocolate (dark, finely grated)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (a pinch)
  • 4 rice paper sheets (20cm round)
  • Pear (1/2, thinly sliced)
  • Cocoa powder (to dust)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put the ricotta, banana, chocolate and cinnamon in a small bowl and mix until well combined.

  • Step 2: Half fill a large bowl with warm water and place 2 rice papers (one at a time) in the water for 20-30 secondes or until they start to soften and then transfer to a clean surface (cotton teatowel recommended) and repeat with remaining 2 rice papers.

  • Step 3: Spoon 1/4 of the ricotta mixture over 1/3 of each of the 4 rice papers and top each with a few slices of pear and then roll up to enclose the filling.

  • Step 4: Dust wioth cocoa powder and cut fruit wraps in half to serve.
