Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise (or full-fat Greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/3 cup finely diced celery
  • 1 to 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 to 4 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • Hot sauce or Sriracha sauce (to taste)
  • 3 ounces cooked red salmon (flaked)
  • Pinch ground pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine together cream cheese, mayonnaise mixing very well. Mix in onion, celery, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, horseradish, and hot sauce. Stir in salmon, making sure to not overmix and leave pieces of salmon visible in the dip.

  • Step 2: To serve cold: Place in an airtight container or wrap well and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

  • Step 3: To serve warm: Spread into a small baking dish and bake at 350º F for 10 minutes.
