Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy
  • 1 pound white chocolate candy coating (or almond bark you can find this at the grocery store near the chocolate chips)
  • Sugar sprinkles (optional- silver sugar sprinkles are really nice the Christmas)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a mixing bowl combine sugar, peanut butter and butter, you need to mix well.

  • Step 2: Line a large cookie sheet with wax paper.

  • Step 3: Roll dough into 1″ balls; place balls on wax paper.

  • Step 4: Chill dough balls in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until firm.

  • Step 5: In another medium-sized bowl, melt candy coating according to directions on package (microwave for 30-second intravels stirring each time, until completely melted and smooth).

  • Step 6: Dip balls and place on wax paper. If you want, sprinkle the tops with sprinkles. Place balls back into the fridge to set up.
