Step 1: Combine sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon, lemon rind, blueberries and lemon juice.
Step 2: Turn into a 9-inch pie pan lined with pastry for 1 crust.
Step 3: Dot with butter.
Step 4: Cover with pastry for the other crust, turn under and flute edge.
Step 5: Slit the top crust to allow steam to escape.
Step 6: Bake at 425°F approximately 40 minutes until crust is lightly browned.
