  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup zucchini, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup raisins

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2: In a mixing bowl, cream butter and brown sugar; mix well.
