  • 2 cans (6 ounce) cooked crab (drained)
  • 4 scallions, sliced thin, white part only
  • 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Cooking spray
  • 24 wonton wrappers

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine crab, scallions, cream cheese and mayonnaise in a small bowl and mix together well.

  • Step 2: Spray 24 muffin cups with cooking spray and place wonton wrapper in each; edges should extend over the end of each cup.

  • Step 3: Place a spoonful of crab mixture in each wrapper.

  • Step 4: Bake 5-7 minutes at 350°F until edges of cups are slightly browned.
