Step 1: Whisk eggs, milk and oil in a large bowl.
Step 2: Mix dry ingredients together and add to wet. Mix until blended.
Step 3: Put in preheated waffle iron (follow manufacturer's directions for amount of batter to use for each waffle). Close and bake until steaming stops and waffles are crisp and brown.
Step 4: Serve with softened butter, pancake syrup, or fruit topping.
