  • 1 cup pumpkin (canned, not pie filling)
  • 3/4 cup oats (old-fashioned oats, uncooked)
  • 1 large egg (lightly beaten)
  • 1/4 cup dried onion flakes
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F. Coat a 8 x 4-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

  • Step 3: Press mixture into loaf pan and bake 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 160F.

  • Step 4: Let stand 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
