Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons grated yellow onion
  • 1 cup chopped ripe olives
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup crushed corn flakes (or 1 cup potato chip)
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix the chicken, celery, salt, onions, olives, lemon juic, water chestnuts and mayonnaise and put into a shallow baking pan (or pans).
