  • 1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice
  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 ounces snow peas
  • 1 pound round steak, cut into strips
  • Garlic salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil, to coat skillet

How to Make

  • Step 1: Whisk together first seven ingredients and set aside.

  • Step 2: Sprinkle garlic salt over meat and mix well.

  • Step 3: Drizzle just enough vegetable oil to coat bottom of skillet.

  • Step 4: Bring to high heat and brown the meat.

  • Step 5: Drain whatever fat from skillet and add the orange ginger mixture to meat.

  • Step 6: Add snow peas.

  • Step 7: Lower heat and simmer until cooked through.

  • Step 8: Serve with white rice or by itself.
