Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 125 grams butter
  • 225 grams chocolate (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon mixed spice
  • 1/2 cup cream (thickened cream, double cream)
  • 1/3 cup self-rising flour
  • 3 large eggs

How to Make

  • Step 1: Generously grease 8 half-cup ramekins liberally with butter.

  • Step 2: Pour the chocolate into a food processor and then add the butter and sugar and pulse until the ingredients are combined and then add the remaining ingredients and pulse until they form a mass.

  • Step 3: Fill the ramekins to 3/4 full and cover with plastic wrap or tie baking paper on with cooking string.

  • Step 4: Cook the puddings 4 at a time in the microwave at 100 per cent for 90 seconds.

  • Step 5: Pierce the plastic or paper and stand for a minute before serving with cream and chocolate sauce.
