Step 1: Generously grease 8 half-cup ramekins liberally with butter.
Step 2: Pour the chocolate into a food processor and then add the butter and sugar and pulse until the ingredients are combined and then add the remaining ingredients and pulse until they form a mass.
Step 3: Fill the ramekins to 3/4 full and cover with plastic wrap or tie baking paper on with cooking string.
Step 4: Cook the puddings 4 at a time in the microwave at 100 per cent for 90 seconds.
Step 5: Pierce the plastic or paper and stand for a minute before serving with cream and chocolate sauce.
