Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Fresh gingerroot (1 piece, 2 cm, peeled and finely grated)
  • 225 grams broccolini (1 bunch, trimmed specified)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds (toasted)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine soy sauce, honey and ginger in a jug and set aside.

  • Step 2: Place a large steamer over a wok or large saucepan of simmering water (I use an electric steamer).

  • Step 3: Place broccolini in steamer and cook covered for 6 to 7 minutes or until just tender and then transfer to a bowl.

  • Step 4: Add sauce mix and toss to combine and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
