Step 1: In bowl, combine crab, mayo, 1/2 lemon, onion, clove and spices. Taste and adjust seasonings. Chill for 2 hours in bowl just large enough to hold.
Step 2: On platter, arrange lettuce, slice tomato and avocado, squeezing remaining lemon over avocado. When ready to serve, place crab meat in center of platter by overturning bowl, then surround with tomato and avocado slices.
Step 3: You can change this up by using lime juice, chili powder and cumin.
