  • 1 pound dry penne pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 yellow onion (chopped)
  • 1 can (15 ounce) pureed pumpkin (no pie filling)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large pot of boiling, salted water, cook the pasta until Al Dente. Drain pasta and keep warm.

  • Step 2: In a large pot, melt the butter over medium-low heat.

  • Step 3: Add the onion and season with salt and pepper; cook until softened, about 6 minutes.

  • Step 4: Stir in the pumpkin and Alfredo sauce. Add some water to get a desired consistency.

  • Step 5: Heat until all ingredients are heated through.
