Step 1: Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a pie plate. Dredge the scallops in the mixture.
Step 2: Saute the scallops (in batches if necessary) in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes. Remove from pan. Reduce heat to medium.
Step 3: Combine the vinegar, honey and marjoram, add to the skillet and bring to a boil. Cook for about 2 minutes and return the scallops to the pan. Heat through.
