  • 200 g strawberries (hulled and quartered)
  • 2 kiwi fruits (small, peeled and quartered)
  • 1 mango (flesh removed and chopped)
  • 2 (200 ml) sparkling white wine (bottles)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Using a food processor or blender, process the strawberries, kiwifruit and mango until smooth.

  • Step 2: Transfer to a serving jug or carafe and add the wine and stir to combine.

  • Step 3: Set aside for 2 to 3 minutes to allow the bubbles to subside.

  • Step 4: Evenly pour among champagne flutes and serve immediately.
