Step 1: Combine the panko and seasonings. Roll scallops in the mixture.
Step 2: Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet until very hot, and foam subsides.
Step 3: Add scallops, turning once until browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
Step 4: Quarter the lemon and squeeze some juice over the scallops. Serve with extra lemon.
