  • 6 ounces rum (Malibu rum)
  • 2 to 3 ice cubes
  • 2 dashes grenadine
  • 2 pineapple slices (to garnish)
  • 2 maraschino cherries (to garnish)

  • Step 1: Place juice, cream of coconut and rum in a blender with ice until ice is crushed.

  • Step 2: Pour into glasses and add a dash of grenadine to each, garnish with pineapple and cherries.

  • Step 3: Add more ice if you prefer more of a slushy drink.
