  • 1/3 cup baked beans (leftover)
  • 1 slice (1 ounce) cheddar cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat broiler in oven. Heat beans in microwave if they came right out of fridge.

  • Step 2: Put parchment paper on small baking sheet for easy cleanup.

  • Step 3: Place bread on parchment, spread with beans and top with cheese.

  • Step 4: Broil in oven until cheese is melted. Watch carefully so it doesn't burn. Should take about 3 minutes.
