The ingredients are:
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

How to Make

  • Step 1: Blend together butter and powdered sugar. Add milk and vanilla and mix until smooth

  • Step 2: For a double Layer or 9 x 13 sheet cake: 2 cups powdered sugar, just under 1/4 cup butter, and milk to desired consistency.

  • Step 3: For a single layer cake or 9 x 9 sheet cake: 1 cup powdered sugar, just under 2 tablespoons of butter, and milk to desired consistency.

  • Step 4: For Cookies: Prepare icing then put into separate bowls to add different food colorings.

  • Step 5: Fresh Strawberry Icing: Omit milk and vanilla, add fresh strawberries one at a time, using mixer, until reach desired consistency.
