  • 500 grams white chocolate chips
  • 150 grams macadamia nuts (chopped)
  • 2 limes, zested
  • 1 large lemon, zested

How to Make

  • Step 1: Line a 18cm (7 1/8") square tin with baking paper.

  • Step 2: Place condensed milk and melts in a saucepan and stir over a low heat until smooth, remove from heat.

  • Step 3: Add nuts and zest and mix well.

  • Step 4: Pour into tin and refrigerate overnight prior to cutting.
