  • 3 cups oats (old fashioned oats, uncooked)
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped (or pecans or walnuts)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 F.

  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, beat together pumpkin and sugar; add eggs and vanilla, beat well.

  • Step 5: Drop rounded spoonfuls, two inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheet.
