  • 3 tablespoons green curry paste (start out with 1 tablespoon)
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 4 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, optional

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut fresh green beans into bite sized pieces.

  • Step 2: Stir fry green curry paste in oil.

  • Step 3: Add chicken and beans.

  • Step 4: Add fish sauce and sugar if your using, I don't.

  • Step 5: Cook until chicken is done and beans are crisp.
