Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 pounds trout fish
  • 12 bacon slices
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Clean trout.

  • Step 2: Sprinkle inside with salt pepper.

  • Step 3: Place 6 strips of bacon on bottom of pan.

  • Step 4: Place fish on top of bacon.

  • Step 5: Lay 6 strips of bacon over the fish.

  • Step 6: Put a cover on the dish and bake at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 hours.

  • Step 7: At the end the bones will be soft like canned salmon. A 2 lb. fish requires only 3 hours baking.
