Step 1: Preheat pan to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 pyrex dish with butter. Stir together crumb ingredients and spread in prepared dish, bake 20 minutes.
Step 2: In small mixer bowl, beat egg whites, gradually add sugar until stiff peaks form.
Step 3: Stir in sliced strawberries and lemon juice until mixture turns pink. Fold in whipped cream.
Step 4: Sprinkle 2/3 of crumbs in pyrex. Spoon strawberry mixture over crumbs. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Freeze.
Step 5: To serve, thaw just a little so it's easier to cut.
