Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Slice roll almost in half, lay open on a baking sheet.
Step 2: Combine mustard, honey and cayenne in small bowl, spread on both halves of roll.
Step 3: Layer ham across both halves of roll, spread preserves and onion over ham, top with cheese.
Step 4: Place in hot oven until cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes. Fold closed and enjoy warm, or wrap tightly in foil to serve later.
