Step 1: In a large ziplock bag, or covered dish, combine picante sauce, orange juice concentrate, honey, garlic powder, and pepper.
Step 2: Add chicken pieces to marinade in bag or dish.
Step 3: Refrigerate at least four hours, or overnight.
Step 4: Preheat oven to 325F.
Step 5: Transfer chicken to a Pyrex dish sprayed with cooking spray. Use a dish large enough so the chicken is in a single layer. Use two dishes if necessary.
Step 6: Discard marinade.
Step 7: Bake at 325F for 50-60 minutes, until done.
