Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 teaspoon oil (olive oil)
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 sweet onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh ground pepper, to taste
  • 1 can (15 ounce) diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 6 to 8 ounces cooked pork tenderloin (leftover already cooked)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In heavy skillet, saute onion and garlic in oil and butter until translucent. Add garlic, paprika, pepper, tomatoes, wine and bouillon.

  • Step 2: Cook uncovered, keeping at a good simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings, add more wine if needed.

  • Step 3: Slice tenderloin into 1/2" slices and place in sauce. Flip right away so sauce is on top and bottom.

  • Step 4: Cover pan and cook until pork is heated through, which shouldn't take more than 3-4 minutes. Serve over wild rice.
